Arizona Tile & Grout is probably one of the most professionally run companies in Tucson. Rob, the owner, came out to give us an estimate for “restoring” our travertine to look like new. Rob thoroughly explained the process to be used, detailing all the steps he would take to bring back a new shine to the travertine. When I expressed doubts that the travertine and soiled grout could be refreshed in one day, Rob’s comment was that he and his crew would stay here we decided the work was satisfactory. It only took a few hours to realize that Rob and his crew really could work wonders. They were very flexible with their scheduling and worked diligently throughout the day to get the job done in as short a period of time as possible. The members of his crew were all extremely polite and respectful of our belongings. Rob check back several times during the day to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. It was a great feeling to see the pride his company takes in its work. Worth every penny.

I called Arizona Tile & Grout and talked with Rob. He came out, gave me a great estimate and a few days later I had my tile cleaned and the grout painted! Eric was prompt and did an amazing job. I had a laborer install a saltillo tile floor and he sealed it before it was dry, turning many tiles white. I called Arizona Tile & Grout to help rescue this other person’s poor work. Rather than telling me I needed to have the floor stripped and resealed (one company gave me a $1300 bid to do this), Rob suggested staining the discolored tiles and properly sealing the floor. He was very knowledgeable and responsive and I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive solution. Eric, who did the work, was very prompt, friendly, clean, efficient, and did a great job. The floor looks beautiful and I definitely recommend Arizona Tile & Grout!

Our 35-year-old Saltillo tile floors were badly in need of cleaning and refinishing. When Rob and the Arizona Tile & Grout Care crew completed the work, the floors looked great, perhaps even good for another 35 years! My 9 year-old travertine floors look like new. The Arizona Tile and Grout crew was fabulous – they showed up on time, were courteous and very neat, and knew what they were doing. The next day Rob himself showed up to re-fill a couple of holes in which the putty-filling had shrunk overnight. “No problem,” he said, “we want you to be completely satisfied.” I asked him to send me extra business cards with my invoice so that I can recommend him to my friends.

BETTER THAN NEW. At the time we had the tile and grout done, we had three other home repair jobs done. Of the four projects, Arizona Tile and Grout did the best. They were quick without being hasty. They were clean, diligent and courteous. Upon completion, which did not really take that long, the beauty of our floors had been restored. It was fabulous. Their follow up was also very good. One of their managers called to check on our satisfaction. If anything needed to be redone or if we had a problem it was apparent that it would be fixed. If we ever need tile repair again, we will call them and will recommend their services to friends. Great to do business with!

Fabulous results! My travertine floors look as good as they did when they were laid down 8 years ago. The crew was very polite, efficient and very professional. I also got a bid from another company and am so happy I went with this one. The other company was about the same price but they were going to do the job by hand. I don’t think my floors would have turned out as clean as they did without using a machine (I tried hand scrubbing on my own). The crew insisted on putting everythiung back in its place when the job was finished. Nice guys!
